I’m In Touch Is a set of software components that connect Insureds more closely to Insurers by leveraging the most technically advanced mobile Smartphone technology, such as the iPhone, to deliver services to the point where they are needed most. I’m in Touch uses the GPS, Mail, Phone, Recording, Messaging, Imaging, Data Base and Touch Screen Capabilities of the latest phone technology and combines that with information from 3rd party data providers, photos of assets and actual policy data using ACORD Insurance Standards to easily assemble all the data needed to complete those Insurance transactions that we do most often. All images and recordings obtained are stored along with Date, Time, Latitude and Longitude data for authenticity. Although iPhone is the primary target for I’m In Touch, the software is portable to other device types.

Uses previously recorded pictures of vehicles, policy data, accident scene photo’s, GPS data and recordings along with 3rd party vehicle data to satisfy all the data requirements needed to process a claim and get release of funds. |
Submit a Homeowners Claim |
Uses previously recorded pictures of Buildings, Rooms, Valuables and Records attached to policy data, crime scene photos, damage photos and recordings along with 3rd party data to satisfy all the data requirements needed to process a claim, assign an adjuster and get release of funds. |
Add or Replace a Vehicle |
Uses previously recorded policy data, VIN, Vehicle photos and 3rd party data to obtain a new quote and compare it to the existing vehicle's insurance cost and coverage. |
Refinance and Get a |
Uses previously recorded policy data in addition to information collected about the new finance company to update the Insured's records and immediately produce a Proof of Insurance. |

Locate needed Services |
Uses GPS data along with 3rd party data to crawl the internet to find and map local services typically needed in the event of an accident or being stranded. Providers approved by the Insurer are noted. |
Click and Connect to the |
At any point in time, the Insured can “Click and Connect” to the Insurer’s Service Center and get personal assistance with the handling of a claim, Binding a Quote or locating nearby services. The CSR will have immediate access to all records, photo’s, GPS Data, etc. |
Request Tracking of |
Upon activation by the Insured, GPS data will be sent periodically and stored on the server, contacts are notified, movement can be charted via Maps. |
Request Notification of Contacts |
Uses previously recorded contact information and instructions, GPS Data and other contextual information. Parents and others can be notified via “Text”, Phone or E-mail. |
